In the research I&#039;ve done to develop our new video-based training to get people moving again, more and more knowledgeworkers have simply shut up shop when it comes to finding out about new ways of doing things. When they were first shown how to use Excel &#039;95 - that&#039;s where their learning has traditionally stopped due to the pressures of work. If they can scrape by with the basics - that&#039;ll do them.



What we&#039;ve found is by teaching some of those basic productivity and IT skills, you can hear the &quot;aha&#039;s&quot; going on around the office and people get enthused about being able to save time and work smarter.



Start people on a path and they will follow...</description>
