Frequent readers know that we covered Pipelinedeals.com extensively before here at SalesTeamTools.
We reviewed the product for our list of online contact managers and in a few separate posts, here, here and here.
Pipelinedeals just got even better. We’ve had a chance to preview the Pipelinedeals Mercury release and it’s impressive.
Among the changes: A revamped contact management system that’s far easier to use and more powerful. A customizable “dashboard” starting point that’s dead simple to use, giving you a great snapshot of today’s tasks and your overall pipeline. The ability to build a default series of todos and milestones that need to be performed for every deal you engage (this is a really cool feature). Sending emails and attachments to PipelineDeals to better track your sales communications with prospects and RSS feeds tied to your weekly agenda and your latest activities, if you’re into that sort of thing.
And it’s now easier than ever to bulk-import from vCard, Outlook Express, Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Salesforce, SugarCRM and 37Signals’ easy-to-use contact manager, Highrise.
You haven’t done so already, we strongly encourage you to take a closer look at Pipelinedeals.com.
Deciding which CRM offering provides the most viable sales tracking system for clearly moving forward with B2B company leads with multiple contacts makes my head spin. They all look great (show me a product pitch that doesn’t claim to be the panacea…) but I need something that will:
1. Pull all the contacts within one company into a single and/or easily accessible view. (The single person view doesn’t cut it for me.)
2.Track the deal (usual correspondences + RFPs, IOs, contacts, artwork trafficing, etc…)
Any guidance will be GREATLY appreciated. I want to narrow it down before I actually test drive these puppies. Currently in the running: PipelineDeals, Oprius, BatchBook, and for some reason BigContacts.
Denise,
BatchBook’s product does this. PipelineDeals, too. Both offer it in a very clean format. They both also let you completely track your communications and files tied to the sales process.
They are different tools, though. BatchBlue is a contact manager, PipelineDeals is more of a sales pipeline/funnel tool. But they do what you’re wanting in a pretty easy-to-understand way.
Hope this helps.
