If you are a Microsoft Office 2003 user, here’s a link to a variety of sales-related tools built with Microsoft software (Excel, Word, etc.). The tools range from credit applications, to customer management list files, to (gasp) pipeline management tools reporting tools and beyond. Again, you have to have the 2003 versions of these software applications.

I’m in the Dark Ages with 2002 versions, with no desire to upgrade again any time soon, so I can’t specifically review or endorse them. They’ve posted screenshots, though, if you’re interested.
