Ready for our latest tool? It’s the Large Prospect Analysis.

Built in Microsoft Excel from the ground up, and only 39kb to download, this tool will help you (and anyone else involved) think through a variety of critical success factors in selling larger or more complex deals.

We talk a lot about pre-call planning here at SalesMarks. Most of our guidance doesn’t (thankfully) require a form or sheet or any other checklist. You just do it. Well, this is our first tool that helps you record some of your planning, as well as what you discover during the face-to-face meetings.

You can record and share information on decision-makers and influencers involved, their level of influence and interest in the deal, where you’re at in the sales process, competitive advantages that could or should come into play, important things that you don’t know about the opportunity, as well as a competitive snapshot, upcoming todos, and each others’ free-form notes on what should happen next.

It’s a powerful tool that can be used any size sales force in any industry, and it should be used in pursuing large and/or complex accounts. Finally, while it’s a standalone tool with a different purpose, it’s a perfect complement to the Prospect Management Report that debuted in June. Take advantage of this free tool and share with us your feedback on how it helps you close larger deals.

Simply register at our free downloads page to take advantage of this simple, powerful sales tool.
