		<description>Nothing beats meeting clients face to face but if really needed to, emailing is one way to go.  I agree with you that it shouldn&#039;t be the medium to be used when very important matters are to be discussed because some issues can be much clearly understood when visual gestures are involved.

		<description>Nice post Ralph. The bolded points seem to be the same principles that would help in any sale, whether that be face to face, a phone call, or by email. Like you said above the difference with email is you don’t always get immediate feedback.</description>
