Go to WalMart’s cell phone site (in partnership with Let’s Talk), purchase it for $199.99 (enjoy an instant $100 rebate), sign up for at least a plan of $79.99 per month, add unlimited text messaging and an add-on data plan, and wait for the $199.99 rebate from Let’s Talk, which won’t come through until you’ve been on-board with AT&T for six months.
