Customer Feedback – Fast & Easy

In less than 15 minutes you can have a form that you can then link to (in a mass email for instance), or embed in your company’s web site. The results of the form can also be viewed in very easy to setup reports and graphs. Cool stuff. We’ve created a sample sales force survey you can view.
