We have recommended to stop using desktop software and take your contact management and small business CRM online. CNN Money confirms that this is a pretty good idea.

   Desktop contact management is like the coelacanth, an extant species of fish once thought to be extinct.

   Many people are soo freightened of change that they choose to use tools that worked – and are slowly fading away.

   I agree having contact management on line is easier and makes you system less bulky and highly portable.
