Some of these plugins are very useful (especially the Attachement Alarm, I very often forget to add the attachemtents :D). But I can´t agree with xobni. It slowed down my computer after I installed it and I think that a lot of features are nice to play with but not very useful. I use lookeen (www.lookeen.com), it is really fast. Have you ever heard of it before?

Also, I use ClearContex, www.clearcontex.com, daily and it seems to incorporate alot of the features mentioned above in one program.

We reviewed Xobni a while ago - search for it using the search form. Thanks for those additional plugins!

Must have too :

Xobni : lightnig fast search among email : retrieve contacts and attachements

Taglocity : brings tagging to a new level and share tagged mail by RSS rather than by BCC. Great to avoid overfludding your colleagues.

Email merge pro : the title says it all. Get free of the annoying 1 attachment limit. Add easily merge fields to emails.

Thanks Jan!! I've tried a couple of these. May I add one? Outlook Track-It has been awesome for me. It adds a toolbar that helps with the followup functionality. My email handling is better now.
