3 Free Customer Service Resources From Kevin Stirtz
Last week, Kevin Stirtz published 3 new resources related to customer service. All can be downloaded right away, all are free and none of them requires a site registration.
First, there’s a PDF with about 200 pretty good customer service quotes. Some old, some new – most of them pretty good reminders of what’s really important when it comes to giving your clients premium service.
In addition, Kevin released his customer service toolkit – a valuable yet free resource if you work with customers directly or manage or own your business. You’ll find plenty of useful ideas and tools you can use on the job.
